Im extremely pleased with the services provided by Planet Pets. My dog is called Casper and he is a 2yr old Boxer, he is very strong but Planet Pets handle him very well. They are very reliable and regularly send me texts about how he has been on his walks. They have even taken Casper to the vets which is fantastic for me as Im at work 4 days a week. I feel very lucky to have found Planet Pets as I know Casper is safe and will always be taken out whatever the weather!

Planet Pets provide a faultless service. They are reliable, trustworthy and have been more than willing to adapt their service to our needs. They provide regular email feedbacks which we have found really helpful for knowing how our puppy is developing. This service is amongst the cheapest we were quoted and is definitely value for money! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone is looking for someone to visit/feed/walk their pets!

Anna & Lisa are the only 2 people, other than family, that I would trust with my prescious dogs. I know Molly+Theo are well looked after in their care. They come back happy and tired after walkies. They really do have the dogs best interest at heart and accommodate my requirements where possible. It is also great to know I can trust them with my house keys and security. Thank you ladies!!

I have been using Planet Pets now for years. We like to go away alot and we need a service that is reliable, reasonably priced and satisfactory to my pets. Planet Pets satisfy all these requirements. They are also happy to feed the fish in the tank and those in the pond, as well as water my plants. There is a particular reason I found them superior, we have used other pet sitters but they were quite demanding about what they expected, my cat has a bed in the garage, he also eats in the garage. I was not comfortable about handing my keys to a stranger but this was what was demanded from other pet sitters. Planet Pets however were happy to feed puss in the garage and over time I have come to trust them complicitly and they now have a key to the house. Ive been happy that they treat my house with respect. I use Planet Pets because they are very competitively priced, very flexible and helpful, and very affectionate and caring towards my cat. I have found the service they provide far superior to other services and recommend them without reservation. Thanks Planet Pets!!

The Planet Pets team have a great rapport with client and pet! Planet Pets present a cheery and reliable service in all weathers! They are flexible in the event of emergency or short notice. Bunty so enjoys the walks and can be found sitting, waiting at the window for them to arrive. Thats a vote of confidence! Highly recommended!

To all at Planet Pets, I would like to say a huge thank you to you all for ensuring that Bowie got out for a good run each day whilst we were away on holiday. Julie (my mother in law) tells me Bowie is very happy to go out each day and thoroughly enjoyed her outings, coming back tired and happy. Im sure that everyone deems the importance of their pets happiness whilst they are away as being high on their priority list, however as a particularly anxious border collie, bowie can often be a little trying when not at home. Its very reassuring that Bowie got plenty of exercise and had lots of fun with you all, for which i am very greatful. Thank you once again and I look forward to arranging future walks in the very near future!!!

Planet Pets was recomended to us by another custmer and we have now been using the service for more than 2 years. We have 2 dogs, they go out for their walks every day (Monday to Friday) and clearly enjoy themselves!
I can be confident that the girls will come round and we have never been let down. I trust them to lock u properly and leave my house secure. The reason i would particularly recommend them is because of the small touches:
They leave me weekly notes letting me know how the dogs have got on and its clear they know them all as individuals with there unique traits.
If they are wet and muddy, they are given a good towel down.
Occasionally stan has made a mess in the house and the girls have even cleared up after him, which is not their responsibility to do.
I hope to continue to have my dogs walked by them for a very long time yet!
